Robot Painting Spraying Machine is not only suitable for red-hot type slab in high temperature condition, but also for the normal temperature slab to spray/paint marking. This Robot Painting Spraying machine is stably used on-line, and the advanced technology reached the level of similar foreign products. This device can strengthen slabs management in steel plant, to realize the logistics tracking and quality tracking.
| How It Works |
One slab are put in place, the Robot Painting Spraying Machine sends stop interlocking signal to disappearing stopper control system. Marking system gets the spray/paint marking data from the Upper IPC, and then sends it to the robot painting spraying machine. The robot painting spraying machine makes use of the sensor fixes position of slab moves closed to slab end section. After finishing one slab marking work, the Robot painting spraying machine will close to another slab end section and start spraying/painting. The robot painting spraying machine will return to its original position and is ready for next cycle.

The marking unit has three modes, they are full automatic, semiautomatic, manual operation:
1) In full automatic mode, the marking system will communicate with the motion control system by Ethernet according that MES computer output paint marking content.
2) Semiautomatic mode: The operator manual input of the characters information (ID) on marking unit control PC. When the bloom moves to painting position and stop, the operator can automatically or manual operate the making machine to start painting work.
3) Manual operation mode: The operator manual input of the marking information and working without computer link.

3) Multiplex detection protective measures avoid equipment damaged due to equipment failure, human operating and other reasons. So reducing maintenance costs and improving production efficiency.
